Senior Qa Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy for AI products, chat applications, voice solutions, and web platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression, smoke, integration, and functional test suites.
• Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and detailed bug reports.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
• Perform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or k6.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure release readiness.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects while ensuring timely resolution.
• Review product quality metrics and recommend improvements to testing processes.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices across the engineering team.
• Continuously improve testing frameworks, processes, and automation coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Experience in API testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience in writing clear and structured test documentation.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI/ML-based applications, chatbots, or voice-enabled products.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and modern software deployment practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed engineering teams.
