Sr. Ai/ml Engineer

Role Description

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive and analytical solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and applications.
• Collaborate with software developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports related to AI solutions.
• Ensure data security, scalability, and system reliability in AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands- on experience in AI/ML development.
• Design and develop AI/ML models for generative and agentic AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, etc.)
• Build and optimize AI-driven workflow automation solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ML model development lifecycle: data collection, pre-processing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into real-world applications.
• Evaluate open-source and commercial LLMs and tools for integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing best practices in AI/ML development.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and incorporate relevant advancements into our solutions.
